On the api documentation page (http://members.vbulletin.com/api/) it says:
'Documentation generated on Fri, 18 Aug 2006 12:07:38 -0500 by phpDocumentor 1.3.0RC3'

Considering thats almost 1½ year ago, then would it be about time to update the api docs for us developers :p?

They'll probably update it when 3.7 goes gold.

That was just after 3.6.0 was released and the last time the API was updated. Once 3.7.0 is the official stable version, then it will be updated again.

It gets updated when the codebase changes, I believe.
