Change General Settings after install?

When I first installed vB I used a temporary url until my dns was resolved.

Now that my domain and the correct url's are all set up, I realize I need to change some settings that were entered during the installation process (see pic of this step of the process)

Do I just reinstall again? Or do I need to uninstall first?

No you can just update those settings in the vBulletin Options
