can you tell expected date of vb 7 final release?

Due to the nature of beta releases and the impossibility of predicting the volume of bugs found, no date can be given.
The fact that it's been a while since the last beta release, however, may be an indication that the next release will be a Release Candidate. How many of those we'll see before it's considered Gold/stable is also unknown.

The next version, version 3.7 is what they are concentrating their efforts on at the moment.
