One of my users is Stuck logged in yet can't log in

Was last active at over 24 hours ago. Still shows logged in though I have my inactivity counter set to 3 hours.

Is unable to log in currently.

Only this user has been affected.

Can I manually log her out somehow?

You can't. Nor do I see how she cannot log in. Have you installed any add-ons?

Have you asked them to delete their cookies for the site?

Must have been on her their end. I logged in and out just fine as that user and then asked them to clear cookies and restart browser. No troubles now
