unable to download now

hi there basicly last week our licence was active and now we are unable to download any mods on vbulletin.org
can u please tell me why this is..

licence is for http://www.aur-phala.com (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/../link.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.aur-phala.com) and the user on vb.org is aur-phala.com
