Hello,

How easy is it to convert from PHPBB3? If all goes well, will it be seamless to the users? Do they need to reset thier passwords?

Is there a wap hack for VB?

Yes you can import from phpBB3. Due to the way in which they encode their passwords, passwords will not be imported and users will need to reset them after the import is completed.
