how to change from phpbb 3.0 to vb 3.6.8

Hi everybody,

I want to change from phpbb 3.0 to vb 3.6.8 the last version that i downloaded from vbulletin after i got the license from the website. Know i want the instruction from the beginning to the end in order to change the forum from phppbb to vb.

First thing i want to know is that can i change this forums or not second i would like to have the support to help me if i faced any problems while changing to vb.
