Changing Colors & Styles

How do I change the general color scheme for the default vBulletin theme? I am having some trouble finding any information on this, but I have seen several other vBulletin sites that are using the default theme with different colors.

I tried playing with the demo, but I am unable to find where I can accomplish this with the Style manager. It looks like you have to manually edit the html, which I really would like to avoid.

Is there anything like the color schemes in MS Windows, where you can choose between schemes (like "Lilac," or "storm") etc.
