Changing box color

I'm trying to see where I need to modify the color for this box actualy all the boxes like this that deal with the Post Box & Edit Box alike. See picture sample. I've marked around the area that I am referring to. Thanks for any a help on this.

OK I was able to find that part,. but not able to change the background color for the buttons so that part I do need to find.
