when i attempt too run install i do not get the log in screen, i get what reminds me of the source code of the install php file. any ideas? This too is on a intranet site.

I am having the same problem. I am installing local on an Intranet site. Can somebody help us?

This means your server is not running PHP correctly. You need to correctly install PHP.
