I had an account with them for 2 months, 1 month of that my site was down and they still changed me the 2 months. CWI don't know how to reboot a computer let alone run a professional hosting service. I would personally never go with them again, inihosting.com is another one I would never touch again.
Their tech support is on a 7 day turn arround.

Try www.venturesonline.com , they offer the same thing and better service. I'v been with them for 4 months now, no problems at all. Very happy :D

Forget CWIHosting...http://www.venturesonline.com

Had also some major troubles with them. If the site is down they will always tell you it's because the route to them is broken...

futurequest.net? I know almost all the costumers love them, but why? Can anyone compare VO and Futurequest? I wish VO would get a new look for their webpage. It doesn't look that professional. IMO That is one thing I almost always just hosts on. If they look (layout/webdesign) ok, then I will look at the specs.

Hahaha....I have heard bad things about Communitech.net and now I believe everyone. I just cancelled my account because I will be moving to either VO or FQ and they told me on the cancel page that No Refund would be given. I call them and sure enough a person tells me that I will lose the setup fees and 1-month of hosting, he said the refund was only on Dedicated Servers. While I am on the phone with him, I quickly go to the Communitech website and find where I saw the 30-day money back deal.

>> http://www.communitech.net/hosting/virtual/features/protective/30day.cgi

I tell him to look under this chart and he says that he must be mistaken and that I should call back during regular hours for more info... Oooookayyy....

I am not telling exact quotes because I wasn't writing the phone call down, but that is basically what happened. :o

From what the CO crew has said in their support forum, they are updating the site with a different style, it sould be online within the next 3 weeks. Don't quote me on this.

A different style?? They just got their site re-designed not even 2 months ago by Pank (http://www.pankpages.com)... And they're already looking to re-designing it?

*shrug*
I'm not a futurequest customer btw... :)
