Hi please explain me what is web server means if i bought a vb software i need to upload to web server i don't know what is web server means . i bought a new computer if any one know how to find my we server please.

You need a domain name and a hosting service, check out for accounts here (random example: hostmaven.com or asmallorange.com)

With a web server (hosting account) you upload the vb files to them, and run it from the domain name.

You can register domain names at namecheap.com

First you get a domain name from Godaddy (http://www.godaddy.com/) or NameCheap (http://www.namecheap.com/) etc (Search for domain registrars)
eg. www.sneha.com (http://www.sneha.com) (check if the one you need is available)

Second, get a hosting account from a hosting provider such as asmallorange.com (http://www.asmallorange.com/) etc (search for hosting companies)

Third, Set the domain name to point to your hosting account, so when someone types www.sneha.com (http://www.sneha.com) it fetches files from the hosting account you set up.

To build a community,
Buy vbulletin
Upload vbulletin files to your hosting account or 'web server'
Do installation, set the board up and you have your own community.
