That is a third-party add-on that we do not support.

iTrader messed up the social network profile when you click on "Your Profile"...looks like the old 3.6 profile. How can we go about fixing this?

You'd have to contact them about it. vBulletin/Jelsoft doesn't support 3rd party modifications and products.
