I am planning on purchasing a new VB although I have a couple already.

My question may be a tricky one but here goes:

Will the new 3.7.0 have SEO type coding to where you would NOT need outside programs such as vbSEO, or is that program still a good idea for perfect indexing and flexibility for other related things regarding SEO??

There is no URL rewriting included in vBulletin 3.7.0. If you feel that you need this type of functionality then you will need a third party addon like vBSEO.

There are not SEO capabilities built-in vbulletin yet :(
vbseo seems to work ok with vbulletin 3.7, though

Whilst vBSEO may seem ideal, there are many who think that its advantages are not significant enough to justify its price. I use vBSEO myself on a board with over half a million posts. I have not seen any significant improvements since using the software. (Have been using it for over a year)
