How to change licences?

I have bought licence 1 for website A and licence 2 for website B

Now I want to change licence for website A to website B and the other way around. How can I do that? Do I just have to resubmit information on vbulletin.com>member section and upload the right files or do I have to do additional upgrade process ../install/upgrade.php ?

I think you just go to members area and edit your urls the url there.

I definitely must change more than just the urls in members area as vbulletin software is "phoning home".

It's best if you change the members' area to point to the right url.
And then replace the files on your FTP with the right licensed files.
Make sure you replace them with the same version of course.
And don't forget to make a backup first.
