how to transfer User, Threads and Posts to 3.7.0 via phpmyadmin?

Can somebody tell me exactly how to transfer Users, Threads and Posts from my 3.6.8 to 3.7.0 board via phpmyadmin?

You can't. There is no import option into 3.7.0 yet. You would have to upgrade normally.

Will Impex be updated to be able to do this? I'm using this new upgrade as an opportunity to do a fresh install on the site... I too am interested in just importing the "content" from my current forum...

Right now I have my live site running 3.6.8 patch 2 and my test site running 3.7.0 beta 3 but with no content.

Is there a manual way to do this?

There is no way I know of to do this. Impex will be updated after 3.7.0 goes Gold. However it is not supported for the purpose of bypassing a normal upgrade.

Isn't it possible to create an exact copy of your vbulletin 3.6 with all database entries, then updating this copy to 3.7 and using this as your live site after turning off your actual vB 3.6 ??
