I am having trouble installing Vbulletin on MAC OSX 10.5 both 3.7 Beta 3 and 3.6.8. I prefer to have 3.7 Beta 3 . Any help is appreciated... This is the error I get when I try to install:
"Database error The database has encountered a problem. Please try the following:
Load the page again by clicking the Refresh (http://192.168.1.23:81/#) button in your web browser.
Open the 192.168.1.23 home page, then try to open another page.
Click the Back (javascript:history.back(1)) button to try another link. The 192.168.1.23 forum technical staff have been notified of the error, though you may contact them (dbmaster@example.com) if the problem persists.
We apologise for any inconvenience."

That's a pretty generic DB error, you might want to specify exactly what you're doing.
Are you simply clicking install on the install.php script and getting that error readout?

You need to run install/install.php so the appropriate tables are created and installed. It looks like you just uploaded the files.
