View Full Version : Strange--Version # wrong with new files

In the process of upgrading. I see the new profile in my default vb style, version #'s in both the admnicp and footer say 3.6.8. Ideas on what I may have missed?

Did you try doing a hard refresh CTRL+F5?

Yep.

Make sure you clear your browser cache and delete temp internet files. If that doesn't work, the only thing I can think of is that a file or two didnt overwrite the existing footer file for vB.

Yeah--I cleared my cache in IE and FF.

Strange---when I enabled social bookmarking in the vb options, the version in the footer changed, still shows 3.6.8 in the admincp.

EDIT: For the admincp, are you sure it's not saying STABLE RELEASE 3.6.8? because it should show the beta version on the top left.
