How do you turn on the bookmarks?

Add some under vBulletin Options -> Social Bookmark Manager. Then turn them on under vBulletin Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options.

vBulletin Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options.

Sorry, I still do not see the option there. All bookmarks that came with the upgrade are active. Just can't get them switched on.
