How do we force forumdisplay.php to use the alt colors and border color in the same way as forumhome? I really dislike how the subforums appear to be in one single table. If I remember, vB had it set this way before the beta upgrade.

This is the way in which they have always appeared while viewing a forum. This hasn't changed in 3.7

Even in default installs for 3.5, 3.6 and 3.7, they come out looking as one continuous table. If you look at the subforum circled in red, you will notice it is different than the one below. None of my subforums have ever had borders that seperated the forum_old.gif or new.gif from the forum text even on default installs! There must be some magic trick to this! :p

The submissions forum is a subforum of the Quick Tips forum so it uses the forumhome_forumbit_level2_post template whereas the others use the forumhome_forumbit_level1_post template.
