View Full Version : How do I prevent thread prefixes from showing in the navbits?

Had a look in the navbar template but couldn't see a way to prevent this - any ideas anyone?

Also, is it possible to move where they are shown in the threadbit (forumdisplay).

Finally is there a variable we can use to call the thread prefix for that thread in the thread itself? (postbit or showthread.)

Cheers,

I can't find this either; but I do remember one of the staff saying that there is an option for this...

Ah right.. the only thing I can find is this:

ACP > options > Forum Listings Display Options

Show Thread Prefix in Last Post Column?
You may choose to show a thread's prefix in the last post column, along with the title. This will increase the size of the data included in that column, however.

That just gives us the option to,
No
Yes, plain text version
Yes, rich text version

I really would prefer to just move it where I want, so a $thread_prefix variable would be much easier

I'd like to see an answer for this myself.. Anyone know how to call the prefix variable (rich text version) from anywhere in the forumdisplay? I want to put it in it's own column.
