Enable Customization

I can't seem to get the 'Customize Profile'

Where do I enable it?

These are usergroup permissions so you would need to edit your usergroups to enable it for them.

AdminCP --> Options --> User Profile Options --> Check off "profile styling" box.

edit: They have usergroup settings too, forgot about that.
