Need a New Dadicated server, help please.

Hello, I have 2 forums that are running on VB.
the first one has a 1.3 GB DB and 12K-14K unique visits a day. (5-6K new posts a day)

the second one has a 350 MB DB and 2K-3.5K unique visits a day (1-2K new posts a day)

Im using Xcach for the datastore of the first forum.

both of the board are running on a C2D(6300) 2 GB ram and 80 GB hard disk. server.

I need to get a new server that will allow me to run those two boards together, can you help me choosing a better server?
- I want the server to be able to work fast with somthing like 20-25K unique visits a day for both board together, and i don't want to be worry at all of the DB's growth (with the right configurations).

I Don't have a problem Moving my board, and I Don't want to get any Hosting suggestions, but thanks.

I just want to get advices from people who knows about the kind of server (hardware ) that I need to look for.

I suggest Dual Quad Core at least, ask for 64bit for better mysql performace, if budget allows, get 4GB of RAM. Other than that, you can't go wrong with those as the basics.
