Private Message - Not Displaying

What happen to the private messaging link above navbar or was it disable in my usergroup.

Its a chage to the way the system works, if you had a new pm, or friend notification, etc it would show that.

new notification system. Itll show a message if you have a message (pm/profile) see the 3.7 discussion thread.
