Sort by Category

Is there a way to display the Issues for a project based on their category? Possibly adding a column for category. If not, I'm guessing the solution may be to set up different projects for the categories of the Issues.

I too would like to be able to sort / display these by category. I dislike the idea of a new project for each category.
