Noob question: I want to import USERS

I am very new to vBulletin and I am not even sure this is the right place to post this question but here goes: I want to import a list of names/emails into vBulletin 3.6 and have user accounts created for each. Is there a utility for this?

You can use the CSV/text import module im Impex to import users. The fields you need are:

username
password
email address
