PRE-LOADING Image Rollovers...

Anyone know where I can learn how to create pre-loading image rollovers (like you see at http://www.deadites.net/films.php - scroll over the film titles to the right of that page to see what I mean).

I've always wanted to know how to do this.

Can someone give me some tutorial links for doing something like this?
