How exactly is cleaner supposed to be run? If I put the URL to cleaner.php in the browser, I get a page that says "Not Active". If there is a link to instructions other than those in the manual (which just say where it is and what it does with some regex examples), please point me there. Or does this just mean I haven't put any regexes in to clean yet?
Does anyone have a cleaner script ready to go that will convert phpBB bits like "#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#" to the correct BBCode or HTML tags?
