Why am I getting this message, what did I do wrong.

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/home/content/o/1/b/o1blackformula/html/includes/init.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/content/o/1/b/o1blackformula/html/global.php on line 20
If any one can help just let me know what im doing wrong.
