Are passwords still required to be reset when you convert from IPB 2.3.x? I have a huge database and would cause so many issues doing this If I converted, so I just want to know. IPB 2.3.3. Thanks.

Yes, at this time your users will need to reset their passwords after the import. You can read more about this here:
