Is there a website that allows a user to buy a package that already has vbulletin pre installed on a hosted set-up.
Links to websites offering this service would be helpful.

I have little knowledge of php can this software be set-up with no knowledge help appreciated.

It doesn't come with vB preinstalled, however, if you want, I could install it for you.

Host's don't support this feature, because vBulletin is not free software. You will have to upload it onto the server yourself.

Depending on the host, they can help you install it.

VB requires very little to no php knowledge to install. The install is very easy even to the most novice web masters.
