Putting youtube video ad unit before "All times are..."

Hi,

I put youtube video ad unit in footer template, as it is too big and does not
work efficiently in left column, now on forumtemplate page it is okay, but when viewing a thread it goes well below and users cannot see unless
they scroll it. I would like to put it before "All times are GMT message..."
Which template do I need to edit for this.

Anyways I found out that time message is in the footer too in the very begining. So put the ad code before it.

If anyone knows any better strategy in putting video ad units, let me know.
