we plane to buy it but we need install it as subdomain
is this possible?

I was able to install vBadvanced at www.sitename.com and vBulletin at forums.sitename.com. vBA's index.php was one directory above where vBulletin was installed and I had my vhosts pointing to the correct places. Maybe that will help you try, but I can't help if it doesn't work.

No its not possible however with mod rewrite its possible to make it look like its own directory.

using mod_rewrite not good solution
cuz it will not work if was use 2 server
so i was thinking to connect 2 domain for 1 database
but it also will not be good solution
I would if project and other product of jelsoft
not depended on just vbulletin let this product also can install without vbulletin

You can have vBulletin working on a subdomain name (e.g. forums.domain.com). Just have to setup the arrangements on your server through a control panel or manually.
