Missing Import option

I'm not getting the Import option in the admin control panel.

The uploaded folders are as follows:

httpdocs/forum/admincp/impex/ (all files the same as in the Upload folder)
httpdocs/forum/admincp/includes/xml/cpnav_impex.xml

I've refreshed the pages several times now, and logged out a few times, it still doesn't appear. So what would the problem be?

I think you uploaded them to the wrong folder...

It should be:

/forum/impex
/forum/includes/xml/cpnav_impex.xml

And please please please back up your database and do a test run first to make sure it all goes smoothly.

Thanks I get the Import option now.

However, when clicking on it I just get a blank page.

Remove all the folders from impex/system that you don't need.
