Are there "official" templates?

I was wondering if there are any "official" templates created by the developers of vBulletin... If there are, how can I download them?

The official templates are already included in vBulletin. There are no other official templates.

In other words, if you purchase a valid license and download the latest version (2.0.3) from the Member's Area, you will be receiving all the templates the developers created.
