Change the settings for that forum to make it a child forym of the other forum.
AdminCP > Forums & Moderators > Forum Manager > The Forum Name > Edit Forum > Parent Forum > Change this to the forum that you want it to be a sub forum of.

From your description you need to set the parent forum to be English Premiership
If this is not what you mean, then please provide a more detailed explanation of exactly what you want.

Well I bascally want it so that you have:
Talk Drunken Management
Premiership - This then breaks down to subsections
Euro 2008 - This could also break down to sub sections
World Cup 2010 - Same Here
all on the front page. I have only added two of them so far

http://forum.vbulletinsetup.com/ - this is the set up I would like but where this guy has "vBulletinSetup Information" - I would like General Drunk Football Chat with " vBulletin Setup Announcements (http://forum.vbulletinsetup.com/f4/)" Being "Talk Drunken Management (http://forum.drunkmanager.com/forumdisplay.php?f=22)" then another section "General Forums" - with premiership in with all the premiership teams added as sub sections.
Is this a bit hard?
