Impex problem - Images and URL's broken

After importing, all URL's, images, quotes etc in signatures/posts do not appear like they are supposed to. All that shows is text. I guess the BBCODE isn't getting parsed correctly. I disabled the plugin system and tried the deault vbulletin style and still the same. Any new posts created work fine however so This is something due to the import.

Any ideas?
