Merged sites but vbulletin isnt communiicating with software

So i just merged sites with impex but i have a problem the users that merged dont have problems and arent even allowed to login through the PHPFOX software(thats integrated with vbulletiin) what do i do?

Make sure the imported usergroup is deleted, the users from this impex_usergroup will then be reset to the registered usergroup and have the same permissions, etc. (note: make a .sql backup first of course, just in case things go wrong, and do not delete the default usergroups from vBulletin).

Yea it took me a while, but all users are in registered members group, and still nothing. Any ideas now?

but forum says 260

You are just going to have to be patient. Once the ticket is assigned to someone, that person will stay with it until it's done, and none of us work 24 hours a day. :)

I'm not aware of PHPFOX , though I am just about to go though all the ImpEx tickets assigned to me.

As per your ticket you used a custom script or application to try to merge or import your phpFox users. It's not too clear what was done exactly. However this is not something that we can support. You can try asking for help with this at www.vbulletin.org (http://www.vbulletin.org).
