cant import more than 1000 users phpBB3

I am working on importing my old phpbb3 into the current version of VB. however, everything seems to work ok except for importing the users.

It only do one cycle of importing and stops. while in importing posts, threads, it can bring all of them.

How to fix this.

Which exact version of phpBB is this?

and what is the error it ends on ? Try lowering the number you do per page.

the problem solved when i used last version of IMPEX 1.86

However,

i have one problem left, the bbcod [url] has changed and had some strange letters as u can see bellow,

any advise how to fix it?

Which version of ImpEx are you using ? The regex code to clean up those urls is in 1.86.
