I hate to take something like this public, but I feel I am left with no choice. I canceled hosting with F5 back in August. Yet they continue to draft payment from me every month. Up until now they were apologetic for the mixup and vow to refund the money. Yet instead of a refund they continue to take. Now they are ignoring my messages it seems as I sent them a message 4 days ago and have yet to receive a reply. So not only am I out $150+ for hosting I canceled 3 months ago. But Im also gonna have to pay $30 for the bank to put a stop payment on the draft.

It is a holiday weekend here, which could be the reason why its a little slow. Can you not have your bank stop all future payments to them?

I already said I could, but the bank would charge me $30... Looks like I wont have a choice

BTW, to the best of my knowledge, F5 is a Canadian company so I doubt they left town and ignored their support tickets for Veterans day. Like i said, I sent it last Wednesday.

Well if you had a subscription opened it is your job to cancel the subscription.

What the hell are you talking about? Lets review the facts of my post here shall we...

I had web hosting.

Web hosting company automaticly drafted payment monthly from a credit card.

I canceled web hosting.

Web hosting company continues to draft payment from card.

... What are you not understanding Foxtrot? As a consumer, I shouldnt have to put a stop payment on CANCELED services. The company should themselves stop taking it. Thats the way REAL and HONEST businesses work. If you think otherwise, PLEASE inform us if you own your company or make any billing decisions for a company so I can be sure to stay faaaar away from them.
