Not allowing comments?

Hi,

Blogs are not allowed people in the registered users group to post comments, which is clearly the largest group.

Here is how the permissions are set in the Usergroup Manager:
Can Post Comments to Own Blog Yes
Can Post Comments to Others' Blog Yes
Can Edit Own Comments Yes
Can Delete Own Comments No
Follow Blog Comment Moderation Setting Yes
Allow Smilies Yes
Allow BB Code Yes No
Allow [IMG] Code Yes No
Allow HTML No

What am I missing? This is hampering the use of the software.

Did more testing, all groups except Registered Users can post comments.

Anything you can do to help me will make me happy.

Asssuming you have not installed any third-party add-ons, fill out a support ticket at:

Please include a complete description of the problem and be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP, phpMyAdmin and FTP in the 'Sensitive Data' field.

You should be creating your own thread, as not all will have the exact same problem and you may or may not be ask to go though members support. It is easier to keep track of your own issues this way.
