Out-of-Date Custom Templates Found! not showing up

Hello,

I just upgraded my blog and the template changes I had made disappeared. The typical "Out-of-Date Custom Templates Found!" with the list of templates did not come up for the blog templates that I had changed. Does this not work with the Blog templates?

Upgrading does not overwrite custom templates, even Blog templates. If you are sure this happened, then please report this in the Bug Tracker.
