Different permissions for guests

Is it possible for the blog to have different viewing permissions for unregistered users than I have set for vbulletin?

I have viewing attachments for guests turned off in vbulletin, but would like it turned on for the blogs.

You can set the Blog Permissions in the Usergroup settings.
