In the Eva2000 method of upgrading, what is this statement refering to? <quote>Attachments in filesystem: At this stage if you also have attachments in your file system, ensure you copy them to the new /forum2 location as well.</quote>
Thanks.

If you have your attachments saved in the filesystem you'll want to copy the folder they're saved in as well, as this isn't backed up otherwise.

Hi,
Instead of openning a new thread I saw this one so I decided to add my question. My attachments are in the file system. So, let's say my file where I keep the attachments is called " attached files". So when I move from a server to another all I have to do is take that file with me? I ,ean what's not clear is that files that are attached will have different names in the database and the directory will change.
To make my question clearer:
1st server directory> D:user/puplic html/attached files
2nd server directory may be > C:user/html/
so this change in directories will have an effect on my attached files or not?
