When upgrading from 3.6.4 to 3.6.8 P1 I should be using the old config.php file correct? I do not need to re-name the config.php.new file from the new version I downloaded correct? The reason I ask is that the readme file in the download says that I do but it does not say to change any of it's variables. Thanks in advance.

It's always best to use the config.php of the version you're running.

If you upgrade to 3.6.8pl1, then use that config.php's file. rename it, and set the values in it again.

Though there's probably no change between 3.6.4 and 3.6.8pl1, so you could use the 3.6.4 one still.
