AGGGGGGH! Someone PLEASE help me!!! Walk me through the rest, PLEASE! I need a miracle. please some vbulletin team mate expain to me the steps! i tryed the online manual but i didnt get it! HELP ME PLZ :confused:
*also i tryed downloading the HTML file insead of the PHP file (because i cant seem to download PHP) so i would perfer if sombody told me the steps with the HTML Download
*or if he HTML way is harder then just tell me it is and give me the Easyist way possible

sorry....... well when i download it it s ays i need to download more things to donwload it so when i download thosse things in this case PHP) i t says i need more things t download it!

(uhh i thought it would be sooo easy buying Vb and setting it up.... but now i just starting to get upset... if i dont get help now ill probably hire a computer guy to help... i just hope this pays off)

For future reference, something like this should go to the how-do-i forum or trouble shooting forum ;)
The problem you are encountering right now is because you don't have PHP on your home computer or the computer the screenshot was taken (btw, it's _REALLY_ hard to see, I had to squint my eyes to make out the text >_<). Don't worry though, you don't really need PHP on your home computer. Please follow steps outlined here to compelte your install process: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/install
You are currently at the "Preparing the vBulletin Files for Upload" step, so when you go to the documentation linked above, look for "Preparing the vBulletin Files for Upload", click on it, and follow the instructions from there to continue.

yea i tryed downloading it from there a million times but then it just wont work! i think it might be my coumputer! do you guys have any idea why?

You should find competant webhosting to provide a platform for your project. They will take care of all the software particulars. All you would need to do is install vBulletin.
