Outdated Index.php file.

Hello,

I have been having some issues with my board. After running diagnostics, I noticed my index.php file was not upgraded from 3.5.4 to 3.6.8. Is there somewhere I can get this file to upload it to my FTP? I believe this is the root of my problem, and if I cna get this updated file, all should be good.

That file is in the vB zip from from the members area.
