Permission to connect to the server error

Where in the config file, specifically which values, should I be looking when I get this error:

"The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file"

Looks like I get to spend another hour on hold with my host then as all the values are correct.:mad:

Got through in a bit less than an hour. (they're doing substantial updates to all their accounts and thus are getting a lot of cust. serv. calls)

Got it all straightened out.
