I need help! I just had my forum installed by vBulletin and now I need to customize it, integrate it into my website and create a skin for it. It's a website for moms so a feminine touch would be nice:) Anyone have any suggestions as to where I should go?

I just set up a forum that's probably much like you're thinking, and I do all that work on the side... you can find my forum link in my profile and go over there and just post a message to any of the admins who can link you to it to view the skin styles. You don't have to join or anything from the client section, either. :)

Please note that it is against the rules to solicit paid services on these forums:

You can try posting in the 'Requests for Paid Services' forum at vbulletin.org for help with this.

Nothing like screwing up on my first post:eek:

I am new to this whole forum thing and I thought that the installation service would accomplish a little more than it did. How am I supposed to figure this stuff out? I have searched the community forum but everyone out there is using jargon I don't get. I'm just starting to get into this and would like to start with the basics. Any suggestions?

If she's new she may not know what vbulletin.org is. So it's just more jubberish.

911mom: That would be your first stop it's like a sister site to this one. Except you can take the toys out of the box and modify them. They have what your wanting.

If you need any more suggestions you can pm me. I can help with suggestions. Just click on my name and send private message. ;)

All the jargon is explained in our online documentation. As well as how to use the Admin Control Panel.
