Error restoring database

I have just backed up my forum using ssh to move to another server.

When i goto restore it via ssh on the new server i keep getting this error:



ERROR 1064 at line 21: You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1' at line 6


How do i fix this?

Just so everyone knows that error occured because we were moving my mySQL5 to mySQL4 which caused alot of errors. We found a new host with mySQL5 to fix this
